Lift out the parts you need and bring them to the bench. When the job is done, return the bin to its place instead of leaving a pile of loose hardware behind.
A place for each kind of part
Group fasteners by thread, length or the project they belong to. Label slots on the bins help you tell similar-looking pieces apart without tipping everything onto the work surface.
Plan the wall before mounting
Choose a position you can reach comfortably and check the wall construction before installing the panels. Keep heavier items low and use fixings appropriate to the wall and the load.
